Agency operating system
A marketing agency with several brands and one team, run on one multi-tenant platform.
Client data, tasks, finances and reports were spread across accounts nobody owned. Reports were assembled by hand every month. Partner brands needed their own face on a shared backend.
The operating model itself was the requirement: one backend, many brands, full white-label, per-client marketing data in one database, analysis that runs without an analyst.
Tenants isolated by design; brands with their own domains and portals; a database-first rule (the UI reads only our data; external APIs are called only by scheduled syncs); a deterministic analysis engine with AI that only interprets frozen snapshots; every important fact with provenance.
Platform with clients, projects, tasks, finances, team, client portals; connectors to Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile and Meta; health scores, rules and recommendations; weekly and monthly reports.
OAuth to Google and Meta; invoicing from packages; email; a CMS connector plugin.
Nightly sync → deterministic engine → recommendations → AI-written journal each morning → outcomes re-measured after 30 days.
One team running several brands from one system, with a summary of every client account each morning. In pilot with the agency and one client business.
