Infrastructure & cybersecurity

A business system is only as good as what it runs on. I design, install and look after the infrastructure: servers in your office or in the cloud, office networks with a backup internet line, secure connections between offices and remote staff, backups that are actually tested, and the security basics done right. Certified in networks, with multi-office networks designed and run in production since 2019.

What's included

Local servers

Physical or virtual servers in your office, set up properly, with backups and monitoring. Nothing exposed to the internet.

Online servers & cloud

Servers and hosting on Hetzner, Cloudflare or Google Cloud, sized and secured for your business.

Virtualisation

Several virtual machines on one physical server; easy to back up, move and restore.

Office network

Router, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling plan, separate networks for staff, guests and devices.

Backup internet line & failover

Two or more internet lines that switch over automatically when one drops.

Connections between offices

Offices linked securely, without opening anything to the internet.

Secure remote access for staff

People work on office systems from anywhere, each with their own account and a record of who connected.

Remote work infrastructure

Office computers or virtual machines reachable from a browser, with a view of who's online.

Firewall & access control

Only the right people and devices reach the right things. Rules written down.

Backups & recovery

Backups kept outside your office or provider, and tested by actually restoring them.

Domain, DNS & email

Your domain, your email, mail that arrives and doesn't land in spam.

Monitoring & alerts

Something breaks, I know before your customers do.

IT & security check-up

A read-only review of servers, network and applications: what's fine, what's at risk, in order, with a plan to fix it safely.

Hardening

Servers, routers and applications configured to expose as little as possible: updates, accounts, services, ports.

Access, passwords & two-factor

One account per person, strong access, two-factor where it matters, a password manager for the team.

Incident plan

A one-page plan for when something happens: who does what, what we restore, whom we call.

Equipment selection & setup

The right routers, servers and devices for your size, bought once and configured properly.

Documentation & handover

A diagram, saved configurations and a short guide, so you're never dependent on one person.

Monthly support

Operation, updates, monitoring and help when needed, on a monthly agreement.

How it goes

01

A visit or a remote review of what you have.

02

A report: what's fine, what's at risk, in order, and a plan to fix it safely.

03

Installation or fixes, in a safe order, with a fallback for every step.

04

Handover with documentation, then monitoring and monthly support.

Who it's for

Offices of 5–100 people; shops and clinics with several sites; companies with offices in several places or countries; businesses that inherited their setup and nobody dares to touch it.

What changes for your business

  • A network that doesn't drop, with a second line that takes over on its own.
  • Staff working from anywhere, securely, with their own accounts.
  • Backups you know you can restore, because we tried.
  • Only the right people can reach the right things.
  • Someone who knows when something breaks, and fixes it.

Questions people ask

Do we need to buy new equipment?

Only if what you have can't do the job. I tell you which parts to keep.

Can this be done without downtime?

Almost always. Changes are made in a safe order with a fallback, usually outside working hours.

Is this a penetration test?

No. It's a review of how things are set up and a plan to harden them. I say clearly what I don't do.
